How to Add City list for the Country China
I Selected China for the Field of Country when I installed
And the field of Zone does match for China, matcn for USA only.
After finishing the install, admin -> Configuration -> MyStore -> Zone
the Select list of Zone is blank
What can I do to make the Zone list matching the Country for China ?

I made a mistake.
The bug I reported can be resolved in Admin -> Locations/Taxes
PS: I'm a newbie to Zen Cart.
