Hi, we are setting up a site and we want our products to always show up in a specific order, with the "starter kits" at the very bottom. However, no matter how we set our product sort order (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 10, 20, 30, 40, 50) every time we refresh our products page, the products are showing up in a different order every time. We've spent a good 8 hours trying to figure this out, so decided to get some help from the pros. :)
