Multiple Zencart stores on local server?

I have created a test store using XAMPP and Zencart (following instructions in the "e-Start your web store with Zencart" book. Meanwhile I have two different stores I'm working on on two different websites. If possible, I'd like to download them and work on them locally, and then upload my changes.

Can I do this? Meaning is it possible? If so, how? I realize this cannot be a simple answer, so please be gentle. If there are resources "out there" that you can point me to, please do.

It's very easy. Just put each in a different folder inside your XAMPP web root. You would then access them as localhost/folder1 and localhost/folder2 or similar.
