Can't resize thumbnails

I tried changing the sizes of almost every image in the admin out of frustration trying to get the thumbnail size to change on this page:
http://74.53.203.51/index.php?main_p...&products_id=1

Nothing works. How do I get it bigger?

Addendum: Looking at the source, that image is 115x120, yet I do not see that setting in the admin/configuration/images anywhere.

I'm back again with another site and still can't figure out how to make the images bigger. None of the settings under Configuration/Images has any affect whatsoever. I'm batting 2 out of 2. Surely someone else must be having this problem too.

For those of you struggling with this, here's the answer. If you only change the width and leave the height, the size will not be changed. Erase the height to get the new width to take.
