Rotating Banner or Image in the Main Body

TWO requests actually

1. Is there a way to get a rotating/changing banner type image on the top on the main index body. See www.bulklights.com the black image at the top of the page (not the header).
2. I would like to rotate the header "logo" image too!

Will this require Flash to accomplish?
It would be easier if some of the Banner positions could be moved to the Logo (header) and main body positions. I would not have to spend the hundreds $$$ on Adobe Flash.

I don't know how to do this but a good place to start would be to google something like 'javascript image rotation'

You can then call a js file from YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/html_header.php

Some thing like

<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript" SRC="image_rotate.js">
</SCRIPT>
