Why is the following continuing to happen?

Sub-Total: $4.99

Per Item (Best Way): $3.56

+ + + + + + + + + + :$2.79

Florida Tax: $0.25

Total: $11.59


What is this $2.79 all about? Where does it come from? I have tried every which way to get it to go away and even when I turn the tax button off, it comes up in the total. I'm completely confused and my customers are getting really frustrated.

Can ANYONE help? Thanks so much!!
