Can I increase the Number of Featured products in Featured Sidebox, also in Special Sidebbox, New Products Sidebox?
Can they be setting in the Admin ?
or I have to modify the files ? and which files ?

You can do that via new admin switches which you'll find in v1.3.8 when it's released.
