How is it possible I would receive two consecutive orders from the same customer, for the same products, but they both have the same Paypal Transaction ID and timestamp?
The customer called after receiving duplicate shipments. When we checked we found that two consecutive order numbers were generated for the same order and the Paypal payment information was identical.
Zencart V1.3.8a / no add-on added for about 4 months and no problems till this particular order.
We recently suspended Paypal payments (Admin Modules->Payment ->Paypal IPN - Website Payments Standard) for about a week awaiting the outcome of a chargeback dispute.
Other than that, I can't think of any even that might have caused this hiccup.
