HELP admin working store not found

HI All,

I have moved my store from
www.fritenglas.nl/test to www.fritenglas.nl

My admin is working as usual. But i get a page not found when i want to enter my store.

What did i do wrong, and what can i do to fix it.

I feel liek crying and i am getting very frustrated about it.

Please please please can somebody help me out.

I have used the fixed cache key and i get the following error

I have looked in both files but do not know whats wrong with them

Delete fix_cache_key.php .... see if that fixes it.

Ok now my problem is even bigger.

I tried to undo the store move and put it back in there old folders.

Old site back in root folder
en new siet back in /test folder

However now i am having even bigger problems.

My old site store is working www.fritenglas.nl but the admin is not working
500 internal server error

and the new site well..... what can i say it aint working anymore both the store and admin gives a 500 internal server error.

Now what i would like to know.

If i install a fresh zencart in the root folder.

And i import the backup of the new store ( which i have on my local pc )
and i import the backup database of teh new store ( which i have on my local pc) will i get back my new site in the root folder up and running?

If so how can i import a 1.68 mb database?
Up till now i never succeeded in importing a database.

I always get an error stating that there is already a certain table in the database.

Who can help me as i have no clue what so ever if this would work and how i can import my database backup in a new fresh databse.

PLease please please help me on my way.
