    I don't know if its just me though I have tried it on mutiple PC's and ISP's !

    It must be something to do with the way IE renders the page as either it doesnt happen on FF or its too quick for you to see.

    Any pointers very welcome . Thanks for the reply.

    This is happening with Firefox too! Sometimes I also get vertical line (looks like a huge cursor) that shows up on the right side of the page. I customized the template so I thought it was something I had goofed up until I went to another site that uses the template and I encounters both issues. I would very much like to fix the page rendering issue - the other I can live with since it doesn't happen very often.

    I don't have time to test this, but try removing the stylesheet_dropshadow.css from the server, then see if the issue still occurs. It may be due to the drop shadow around the site, if so, you'd have to choose between rendering issues and style.

    You might also test removing this section of code:
    /* IE only. Controls Width of Site and Main Content*/
    * html #nw {
    width:expression((d=document.compatMode=="CSS1Compat" ? document.documentElement : document.body) && (d.clientWidth > 1300? "1300px" : d.clientWidth > 1048? "80%" : d.clientWidth < 1048? "1000px" : "80%")); /* this prevents the site from getting smaller than 1000px or wider than 1300px in IE */
    }
    /* end IE only */

    from the stylesheet.css and seeing if it goes away.

    If either of those is not it, I don't have any good suggestions. I have no such issues, but I also have a fast internet connection. On slow connections, a lot of sites render funny.

    CherryZen is a wonderful template. Its just that making it what you want may become difficult. I made some changes to the template relating to the image/logo, the top nav menu, its alignment, and a few other changes – which obviously you may or may not like. But ... as the template is free, I am ready to provide you with the css and some changed files from my site if you want.
    http://www.bollywoodlollywood.ca/

    I have made side boxes / column width 180px instead of standard 150. Had to deviate from the documentation for my top image to fit properly as the instructions did not exactly work for me. Specially, the site looked stupid in IE6. IE7 and Firefox are fine. So I removed some of the code for IE. Its now working fine.

    Installed IH2 as per instructions, enlarged the Logo image to fit screen size of 1000px fixed, Navigation top menu has same bg/color and larger font, bg image has been adjusted to fit sideboxes, Product info display has been changed; also removed model/stock and weight.

    I have a couple of problems though.
    1. The search engines wont index the site
    2. If you go to google and search for ‘bollywoodlollywood.ca’, you will find a link (were a lot of such links) that seem like a hack of some kind. I have removed all such pages/links from the folders, but they are still showing up in google. I have attached it below for reference.

    your issues :
    1. Search engines wont index your site :

    This is not template specific , and should maybe directed in a different thread , but to give you a heads up , indexing on dynamic sites takes alot longer , get yourself a google account and use webmaster tools , you can submit an xml sitemap to them , plus you have the option of removing pages from the index.
    Various Zen cart sites !

    I agree with the above post, you should post this in the general forum. Those numbers and letters look like the code for the zenID, which suggests that you may need to change some settings in "Configuration", "sessions", specifically the "prevent spider sessions" should be set to TRUE. But again, this is not my area of expertise, so I suggest asking again in the general forum.

    Default Safari 3.1.1 Issues?

    Hi all. This is my first post and I can't seem to find the answer to any of my questions. Hopefully I'm not missing something!

    Has Cherry Zen been tested with Safari 3.1.1? I've installed everything and it seems to be working...With the exception of one pretty annoying thing:

    At the top of my page above my header it says this:

    Mac OS X °âATTR;šÉÿâ˜&˜&com.apple.quarantine0000;485ac08c;Safari;|com.apple.Safar iThis resource fork intentionally left blank ÿÿMac OS X 2°âATTR;šÉÿâ˜&˜&com.apple.quarantine0000;485ac08c;Safari;|com.apple.Safa riThis resource fork intentionally left blank ÿÿ

    I also tested the site using Firefox on my laptop and basically receive the same thing.

    Any ideas? Thanks much.

    I answered my own question and thought I'd post the response here. From what I understand, you cannot use Safari 3.1.1 to upload to a Linux server. Hence why I was seeing the same error message from my PC. :)

    Congrats and the nice looking template jettrue, as well as the overwhelming amount of support you give!

    I tried to read through before posting, but could only get so far ;)

    My question is - I dont use sideboxes. I used the admin to turn them all off and to zero pixels, but the grey image is still there. Any help removing that so my pages will be the full width of the template?

    I was wondering if any of you found out exactly what causes this. I am using Cyberduck to upload files to the server. Is it possibly encoding the files differently? Any help would be great.....
