Cherry Zen Template Support Thread

Jade, I'm stuck.

I upgraded my site to 1.38a and the equivalent Chery Zen template but something is wrong as the sideboxbg.gif is wider than my left sideboxes.

IN the readme it explains that you should change the sidebox width to 150px in "configuration", "Layout settings" in 4 places. You have it set to 165px.

I originally had it at 150px and changed it to 165px to correct the problem with the sidebox header width.

So no worries now as my fix worked.

Few Questions if you can help me!!

Right below the header text,

It list the Categories in the center, how do i take that out?

also the larger image when the mouse hover's over it. How dose one do that?

Also With those Question ^^ up their. How dose one like in the demo get that grey box to go across the top.

In the demo it has Privacy Notice :: Shared On it.

Also on the homepage how do you add Featured Products and Monthly specials? like in the demo

Can somebody tell me why with the Cherry Zen Template, when i add products to cart and proceed to checkout screen EVERYTHING is Mushy and Jumbled up. I love this template. Great Job! I do have an issue going on though and desperately need help.

I am completely redoing my site with your template so have only one product up so far. I wanted to test it first before adding all of them. I can't get the larger image pop up to do anything. It did at first but now when I click on it nothing happens.

Hi Jade. I found the problem it was a problem on my computer. All fixed now. I do have another question though. The pop up window with the larger image doesn't hold it all and there is no scroll bar.

Is there a way to make that window open up to the right size for the image?

That's all i'll bother you with. Again, a great template!!

Try installing Zen Lightbox. You will be amazed at what it does for your site.

Can you point me to a specific image that does this? This would be a good question for the general forum also, since my template doesn't mess with the files that control that function.
