Stock & Drop shipping

Hello everyone.

I am just playing around with Zen Cart to see if I can use it for my online store. I currently have a store, using a different software, which is really crappy.

Anyway, is there any way within Zen Cart to turn off Stock for some products and have it on for others?

Here is the general requirement.

Let's say we have 100 products. Some of these products require a stock value be set, since they are carried in our brick & morter store and are sold by number on hand. Other items, not normally carried in our actual store, which are usually drop shipped, d not require a stock value be set within the software.

Is this as clear as mud yet?

Any way of doing this?
