Admin-Editable Sidebox - Support Thread

That is the correct appearance of the sidebox filename in that page/menu.

If the template alters the way sidebox files are written/handled, you will probably have to modify the editable sidebox file(s) in the same way that the template modifies other sidebox files.

From discussion in other threads, it appears that Blingthemes is out of business and there will be no support for their templates, and their templates are very badly coded so that standard functions and editing practices will not work. In other words, you might better find another template.

Thanks for your reply. I modified the fb code to fit the side box but it does not look very good. It really needs to be wider but the template is not nice anyway and I would love to change templates but I am a bit nervous about what will need to be done after changing templates to restore all the info etc and customize headers again etc.

I am at my wits end here. I added the editable side box and the images for titles. As you can see the images show up for everything but the editable sidebox. Am i missing a change in code? I am confused because I have used these two together on a lot of sites before and never had this issue. Thanks for any help.

I don't see any sideboxes without image titles. Did you get it to work?

Good Evening lovely people :)

I have installed a new editable sidebox here http://www.ital-dezigns.co.uk and am sure I have followed the instructions properly, have done it twice in fact, but if you look at the top right sidebox, you will see the category title says BOX_HEADING_EDITABLE_SIDEBOX_LIVE_CHAT when it should say 'Live Chat' I have looked everywhere before coming here, but am stumped, and just can not work out how to change it to say Live Chat, have probably done something stupid..loll
