We can see a problem, but we can't say anything about the cause without seeing the site live. It doesn't appear to be the same template as the site where you posted the image.

And yes, this mod works on all versions of Zen Cart.

Unfortunately, I can't see anything wrong with your output, except that there is absolutely no content output for the Facebook1 sidebox, only the wrapper that should hold the content. So we need to know a lot more information about what you have done with the editable sidebox, what you see in admin, what your define file looks like, and the information requested in the "Posting Tips" above the reply box.
