solved, I have to upload define_editable_sidebox_content.php in includes/languages/mylang/html_includes I have included wrong in
includes/languages/mylang/html_includes/mytemplate

so for the moment is ok

another thing I have duplicated a sidebox, and I have also changed the files with new specifications, but now I have two identical box, so I have modified header of the second sidebox, but the content is the same, duplicated.

If your sideboxes are editable and have different headers you edit the content in the Define Pages Editor.

I checked your site, but still can't understand your problem.
You can have 2 editable sideboxes or more.
Just change the headings for each one and the contents, this is in the instructions.
Unless you want to remove one of them, then remove all the files that created it and also delete the record from the database in Tools --> Layout Boxes Controller.
