Problem with Checkout

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my checkout page.

There are 3 steps to checking out, I can't seem to enter the 2nd step (payment). Each time I click on continue checkout it always goes back to step 1.

Anyone have any idea why?

Do you have both a shipping and a payment method chosen and configured?

I think i find the problem, it has to do with the gift certificate.

Hi,

The giftcertifcate is not the problem.

It does it only wiht normal products

I have actually only 1 payment method configured, which is COD, shipping method i have 2, which I modified using existing methods.

Don't know why it keeps going to step one only.

your products eiother need a weight or turn OFF 0 weight = free shipping,
in admin-> configuration -> shipping

On a side note,

when you want to change the "displayed" name of a shipping module

in this case from flat to standard you only need to make these changes in the language files,

do not change

$this->code = 'ship mpdule'; this name needs to be the same as the function

Also - if you are testing by trying to buy a Gift Certificate with COD - Zen Cart will NOT allow that.
