    Are you using the AIM module ?
    Do you have CURL installed ?
    What version of PHP?
    What version of Zen Cart?

    Looking through another post, I noticed this:

    Try their named proxy instead: proxy.shr.secureserver.net:3128

    Where do I set this up at?

    For GoDaddy hosting, you can enable and specify your proxy settings under Admin->Configuration->My Store ... there are two proxy settings to edit.
