Photo display Irregular

Hi I am having trouble trying to view some of the zoomed photos in my website (www.nuno-plus.com). For each of my product listed, I have 3 sets of photos; thumbnail (100 x 100 pixel), medium (150 x 113 pixel) and large (533 x 400). I have used the default suffixes of _MED and _LRG for the medium and large images.

My problem is, although most of the medium and large photos do appear when I click on them, there are a few that defaulted back to the thumbnail picture size (hence, no larger photos). I dont know why this happens as all the medium and large photos have been placed in the 'medium' and 'large' folders in my image folder correctly and all the specified sizes are standardized. I would say about 90% of my products are begin shown correctly, only a few which is having this image problem.

I dont know if this is some glitch but I have tried deleting the product listings as well as the photos in my server and relisting as well as uploading again the whole thing, but nothing works. Can someone offer me some advice on this, please? There is no doubt the folder directory is correct as most of them appear on my website without any problem. There is also no problem with the size of the image as all of them have been standardized to the sizes written above.

My second question is, I have read that I am able to display more than one photo of the given size (example 3 medium photos which opens up to 3 large photos). I cant seem to do it with mine. If my first medium image is named 10A_MED.jpg, would the second medium photo be 10A_MED2.jpg? Right now, I am only able to have one thumbnail, one medium and one large photo. I would like to make it one thumbnail, 3 medium and 3 large photos. Can anyone tell me how those photos are named? Thanks again and I appreciate any suggestions. :)

There is only 1 Medium image per product ...

Thank you for your reply. If there is only one medium size photo, what is the point of having multiple large sized photos option, since there is only one medium picture to click on?

Also, do you have any suggestions over the missing medium and large photos I have posted earlier? I dont really know what to do, since those missing photos are placed in the same folders with the same pixel size.

The Small images appear throughout the shop ...

The Medium image is the one on the product _info page ... thus the 1 Medium image ...

The Large images are what you get when you click on the Medium image on the product _info page ...

In addition to these, you can have unlimited Additional Small Images ... these appear on the product _info pages ...

Plus, you can add Additional Large Images ... these appear when you click on the Additional Small Images on the product _info page ...
