Default Mistake: Added Image Handler to catalog folder

Admin page now blank. Contracted help left me no backup. I can handle most issues as I learn quick. Should I simply install new version and add my customization? Which files will I transfer over? Thanks.

Something must have gone wrong with the install. Do you have access to an error log, to see if it points you somewhere?

I didn't see an error although is the possibility of a problem during transfer valid? To be clear and possibly his error - IH2 Admin, bmz_cache, and images folders were uploaded into my Catalog folder. Was this correct? Thank so much.

When you say the "IH2 Admin" folder was uploaded... you uploaded all of the files in IH2's admin folder to the already existing admin folder on your server, right? There should not be two admin folders.

Confirmed that contents of the following IH2 folders were added into my server admin folder: admin, bmz_cache, images, includes.

Only the contents added, no two admin folders. Hmm, I appreciate your help as I am the one trying to rectify this problem. I need into my site of course ASAP! Help!

Is there anything in your admin error log?

No errors found. Should I assume that a timeout may be the problem if I followed the correct process in installing IH2 as I listed above? I have tried to reload a couple times with no success.

But just to confirm, all the other admin files are still uploaded right? Check and be sure that every file that is in the admin folder in a stock install is still present online.
