image problem Unable to upload attribute images...

I have all of my option names and values set up and attached to my products, but have been unsuccessful uploading images to display with the option values. Here's a link to one of my product pages: http://www.beckysharpdesigns.com/zc/...products_id=30
I'm trying to add images for each of the necklace chain styles. If anyone has any ideas, please help!

Do you mean that you don't see the upload button at all or that your image folder is not writable? Go to admin -> configuration -> Attribute Settings -> Enable Attribute Images and set it to true. And make sure your images/attribute folder is writable.

My attribute images are enabled and my attributes folder is writable...I just can't seem to get the images to actually upload to each option value. I uploaded the image onto my server into the Attributes image directory, then I typed in the file name where it says "Attributes Image Swatch" and hit "update" and nothing happens. It can't seem to find the image. I've also tried hitting "browse," but can't upload directly from my own computer.

Any more help would be great!

When you copied the image ... did you FTP the original?

What happens if you deleted it from the server and upload it the first time via your Zen Cart Admin and then start using the image name and Overwrite NO?

What version Zen Cart are you running?

    Clean install or an upgrade?

    Any add-ons?

Scratch that ... you busted it now ... you went and found a ... a ... bug!!!

It suddenly dawns on me that I had to go in and add a new input for image names a couple versions ago to everything because the browsers/php/etc. stopped allowing text in the browser field ...

I like sort of forgot to do attributes ...

Moving this over to bug fixes ...

I uploaded the original images using WINSCP because FTP wasn't working with my computer. I have tried deleting it from the server and uploading using Zen Cart Admin, Overwrite NO, but nothing seems to happen...NO IMAGE!

I'm running Zen Cart 1.3.7.1. No upgrades. No add-ons. I have had problems with missing PHP files in the past...I don't know if that would affect anything.

This is a mystery...maybe you can solve it.

    Thanks

If this is a bug problem that I'm having, does anyone know what I'm supposed to do about it? Do I need to reinstall Zen Cart? I believe I have the latest version already. It's really stressing out my customers that they can't see any images for my attribute options. And I still have not been able to upload any images at all. If anyone knows what I can do, please help!

Oh it's a problem alright - question is - Is there a fix or work around available? - At this stage we have not been able to get past it but maybe the core Zen team knowns something we don't

At least I'm not the only one having this problem.

Here's what I've done in the meantime in case this helps those of you having the same problem. I designed a Photoshop doc with pictures of my attribute option values and made a link to the page using the "EZ-Page" utility in my Admin. To see it on my website, click here: www.beckysharpdesigns.com, then click on "View Chain Styles" near the top of the page.
