I am constantly getting emails from customer's who want me to update their account email address...
Is there some way so that they (the customer) can update their email on their own via the "My Account" section?
ANY help would be much appreciated.

Errr ... yes, they can change it in the My Account area, unless somebody has changed your My Account area to stop this.
