Hi all!
I have been searching and searching for an Add On that would allow me to add a few more Questions when my Customers are signing up to the Store.
Does anyone know if such a Add on exists? Or perhaps you can already do this but I have no idea how or where?

Hi there
There are a couple of contribution (zen-cat.com > downloads) that add some additional fields. However be sure to consider the trade-off that the more info you ask for the more customers you might loose during the sign-up.

Make sure you back up your files before the modification. I tried adding but it didn't work properly. Need to fix CSS as well.
