Need urgent help on packing slip -

Dear All,

I had found the similar request from the forum regarding the packing slip email to drop shipper/supplier. but, unfortunally, no solution in this topic.

Can i request any one can help us..please

1) Is there any way that I can automatically email my drop shipper an order packing slip (without the customers details - email & phone number). And add one more field " Supplier Delivery Date"

OR

If too trouble to add the email function into packingslip.php page, then please guide me on how to change the packingslip.php

a) add the "Supplier Delivery Date" (i notice that is Purchase date in packing slip, so, can i use this date + 3 days, which fixed as supplier delivery date, so, the supplier will know by when they have to ship the product out.)

No, this is not a built-in feature.

To accomplish what you're looking for will require custom coding.

Ok, understand. So can i manually add the field of "Supplier Delivery Date" which is Purchase date + another 3 days in packing slip.

e.g

Purchase 1/8/2007
Supplier Require Delivery Date: 4/8/2007

Can you please provide some guide on how to do this? Thank you

The packing slip that you print from the admin is built via the /admin/packingslip.php file.
You can alter the PHP and HTML in that file as you desire.

Ok, ok... as mentioned on the #2 msg, email packing slip is not the build in function, and i also don't how to do it. (this is the reason i post the question to look for the solution..)

but please help me on that purchase date + 3 days = Delivery date issue, it would be appreciated...
