Change the words "Products" to "Listings"

On the main page where it says featured Products I want it to say
"Featured Listings"

and on the category box i want it to say "all listings"new listings" and "featured listing"

Where can I go to make the necessary changes?

Use the tool in the admin and start with short 1-2 word strings

admin > tools > developers tool kit > enter text in last box on left > select files from the drop down > search > you will get a list of where this text isand in what files.

For what you are looking to change look for a define statement with the text in single quotes and change the text within the quotes
