Editing 'Product General' template - but it is missing?

When I go to the following link in the admin:

Catalog -> Product Types

And I select 'Edit Layout' for 'Product General' - nothing is there.

No options, no error. Just a blank zencart admin page. (attached)

"Product Type Info Page Layout options :: Product - General" - with nothing beneath it.

Does anyone have an idea for why this is happening?

Clean install: 1.3.7

Install: this is my third installation - just followed the instructions like I normally do.

No deletes from database.

Didn't touch anything in product type naming.

HOWEVER - I did change the /admin/ url to /blah/. I adjusted /admin/includes/configure.php to reflect this - could this be messing up where zencart is trying to find the templates? (admin directory renamed 'blah')

In closing - is ZenCart trying to load a file from the filesystem?

Yes, all are blank.

Did you encounter any errors during the installation process?
Did zc_install give you any messages?
Did it prompt you for a store name properly?

It appears as if your product_types_layout table is empty.

That can only happen for a few reasons:
1. you deleted everything in it
2. the installation process didn't put anything in it because it failed prematurely
3. some contribution did something very bad when setting up database data
4. someone is doing unexpected and destructive things to your database without your knowledge

I suspect it's related to #2. Perhaps the installation aborted without finishing?
Perhaps the *.SQL files in your zc_install/sql folder weren't fully uploaded when you did the FTP transfer to the server. If the files were incomplete then it's possible that you may have this kind of problem. However, there should be other symptoms too, and those would normally cause you other errors on login, which you don't seem to be having.

Still, I suspect it's an incomplete upload.

The table exists, but as you suggest, it's quite empty.

What are my options? Is there a way to re-run only those SQL install queries that are related to templates?

Well, I just exported the product_type_layout table from another Zencart store and imported to my store.

I'm back in business.

Hopefully I don't discover other elements that are missing. =)
