Selling Services

I'm selling "productized" services from my site. This means that I just need a way for someone to kick start the process, provide me their CC info, etc., and then we'll start the "services" side of things on the back end. The deliverable is basically an e-mail that gets sent out that welcomes them, and then once we have all the items from them, we create custom designs.

Any thoughts on how to set this up in Zen Cart without it being a download and without making the user put in shipping information?
