Down payment / Part payment

Hello all, I'm looking for partial payment module. I found few threads without answers with same question. I'm building shop that will use paypal and moneybookers as payments modules for now. So shop will sell services and will get for example 30% as insurance and 70% after job is done. User will manually complete every transaction so no need to store secure info. I don't think that such module is available but need some basic guidance how to do this through order total module. It's easy to make first transaction but i'm not sure how to make second transaction..... get order from db and go to check out page and pay rest.
