Hello there folks - I need to sort out a privacy policy for my website and a shipping and returns policy I was hoping someone could point in the right direction. I've started looking around on the net for places that offer free templates/wordings etc but it is slow going so if anyone has some hot tips for me I'd love to hear them.

The particulars - we will be selling electronic downloads of files - primarily pdfs. No physical product. The business is uk registered but expect to deal with people from across the world. There are no subscriptions or physical products at this time but there might be one day so it would be nice (not essential) to cover those bases now.
