Zones Table Rate Shipping Module

- Im very very new, sorry if this has been discussed somewhere else (perhaps, I missed it)
- I'm using 1.39h
- I've been a week trying to find this in FAQs and previous posts in the forums

I cant figure this out:
In my country, post service divide destination zones as follow:
- Asia-Pacific
Group 1 (country A, B, C, etc)
Group 2 (country G, H, J, etc) .. up to group 7
- America
there are 3 groups of countries under this
- Europe
1 group
- Africa
there are 3 groups under africa

I had made 17 zone definitions for my international shipping...... but how to put it right?

I have used the zone table for my domestic shipping (33 province, some 400s cities and towns), I thought for intenational shipping I could use zone table rates.. but now i'm stuck: how to do that for 17 groups?

is it posibble to have zone table rates cloned?
please anyone enlighten me. It's been a week I try to find solution to the similar problem in the previous post and on the intrnet in general... I have no idea how to do this

oh ya, so far, I manage to have table rate clone (http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...oducts_id=1027)
my problem is adding the 5th, 6th, and so on...
