"More Information" Sidebox not showing

Hi,

I am working on a website for a client. All of the sideboxes work fine but the "More Information" sidebox does not show up at all. It is turned on under Layout Boxes Controller but it just doesn't show. I have tried moving it to other positions but still nothing.

Can anyone suggest anything that could be causing this?

I am using a template from Themestock but even when the template is not turned on it still does it to the classic template.

Do you have the page2, page3, page4 links turned off in Admin->Configuration->Define Page Status ?
If so, then there's nothing to display in the sidebox, and it will therefore not appear.
