A customer purchased items from my web site, payment via PayPal. But doesn’t show up on orders pending. I checked the PayPal payment, in Zen cart, everything looks good, but PDT Token (Payment Data Transfer). What number goes in there? Thanks

Oh please help quick (they were already set correctly but many people call saying that now they cannot order). The PDT token is all that is blank in the ZenCart module -
SO- I followed all the instructions on the link BUT FOR THIS:
7. On the next screen, Copy and Paste the supplied Identity Token from the PayPal screen into your Zen Cart PayPal IPN module's PDT Identity Token field, and save the settings.
I don't GET a 'next screen' after saving....and no ID token TO paste.
Please help.
If you've already been given a PDT token, it will be listed lower down on that same screen where the instructions point you to do initial setup.

Thank you!
Found it!
One other thing....
Could that (PDT Token) be why I have customers not being able to go through the whole transaction and make payment?
This was all working fine before - and now it's not....
seems that once step 3 (putting in payment choice) is complete it jumps back to step 2...and no payments go through....
Thanks for the help!
