Setting up standard shipping

How do you set up shipping
so that it would say

Standard $3.00 (7-10) business days
Priority $4.50 (3-5) business days
Express $19.00 (1-2) business days

instead of flat rate, per item, etc...

[Ajeh]

Clone Flat Rate flat ... example:
flatstandard
flatpriority
flatexpress

and change the text to suit your needs then configure the rate to match your shipping charges ...
