Download/Printable Order Form

I would like the option for someone to print an order form and mail in their order. I was thinking of having an order form page or question in the FAQ section I would have an explaination and an click here where they will click and have the option to print. How is this done?

Create your form, ideally as a pdf or similar. Place the file in your site's download folder. The create a link to the file from your FAQ. How this link is created will depend upnj how your FAQ has been created. If it's using EZ-Pages and you're using one of the HTML editors then there will be a tool amongst the editors icons for doing so.

Download folder???? Where is this located?
Thanks for assisting me. I knew there was some way this could be done.

It's in the main directory of your Zen Cart, alongside the admin, includes, docs and all the other main folders.
