Problem with one domain receiving email

Hi there

I am having a problem with the rogers.com domain users reciveing emails from my site www.fastcatspackaging.com\zen. All other domains recieve the conformation but this one. I can send a a direct email to the domain and it works fine. When I place an order the confermation email never shows up. I have tried html and text. Not sure why the conformation emails would be blocked and not regular mail that is not generated threw zen??

Any help would be great.

Have you checked the settings in the admin> email

over and over..I might have missed something but I don't think so

These characters are showing up in the header of the confermation email  . Not sure is this is caused by a corrupt file
