Hi, I have a problem and I don't know if this is the place to post it, but I can not find the answer. When I try to Create an Account for practice, when you fill out all the information on the Create an Account page and click submit nothing happens. It doesn't go to the next page like it should . It creates a account in administration , but it doesn't send a welcome e-mail or anything . I'm stump. If anybody can help me, please let me know.
