Default htmlarea.js error in admin section

I am noticing that when I navigate around the admin area I get the little javascript error in the bottom left corner of the window. When I review my server log files it shows that I am getting an error stating the htmlarea.js file does not exist in the admin/editors folder... Well, when looking for the admin folder there is no editors sub folder.

Do I have something configured wrong in my config file?

It should be looking for it in the editors folder "above" your admin folder, not "in" your admin folder.

My Zen Cart (1.3.7) was installed in a subdirectory.
HTMLArea did not like that, was not working and generated JavaScript errors
After making the changes described in the message DrByte suggested, it is working correctly.
    Thanks!
