Changing the Sales Message Goes Here

Hi I am a dummy at these sort of things and I think I have been going ok so far if you want to look at my site I am working on http://supacheappets.com.au/shop/

I can not work out what they are talking about with this [B]CUSTOM[B] and English and how do I get to "includes/languages/english/header.php" to make the changes. I think it would be good if we could put what might be simple to others but not dummies like me.

It seems to me once I work out this one I will be able to find out how to do the other things I need to fix, am I correct?

Please help me so I can get my site up and running
