Header position 2 banners aren't displaying. I only have one active banner. I've added the banner group to all the banner positions in the layout options, one by one, and they all displayed except for position 2. What could be wrong?

Do you have a link to your site? And are you using a 3rd party or free template?

I'm using a modified version of the mistik template - and I suspect I may have actually removed the code of the header 2 banner area from a file when I was initially setting up the store and hadn't figured out how to do everything the right way yet.
