Hello,
Is there a way to require a customer to enter certain information for specific products?

For example...

I sell software online. If the customer is purchasing a renewal license, they need to supply their current user name and expiration date, so that their license coverage can be continued without interruption.

I only want this option to be required for Renewals. So, I would need to set it for specific products in the store.

I have been playing around with the Options manager and Attributes, but I don't think I'm in the right spot.

Can someone please help, or point me in the right direction?
