Blank checkout_shipping page

When trying to start the checkout process, i get a blank page!

Blank pages are usually the result of PHP syntax errors, and / or missing pages (files).

This can happen as a result of many things. Most often an upload that terminates unexpectedly. Can also occur if you alter a file while installing a contribution.

The best way to fix it is to re-upload the files in question from either a good backup, or the original.

If it doesn't work uploading the file(s) you think are causing the problem, re-upload all of 'em and it should correct the issue.
