Shipping method per unit question

During the check out process, it looks like I managed to get the free shipping module set up just fine, but not sure why there is an shipping option called Per Unit/Best Way?

It is set to $9.00

Should not need the per unit since I set up the free shipping mod.

No idea what the nine bucks would be about.

How can I remove it?
