Cheaper shipping for higher purchases

Hi all the gurus hanging out here. I would like to seek your expertise regarding PHP.

Example:

Im currently using flat rates with 5 clone flat rates.

I have a flat rate call "fiveflat".

For this flat rate, every purchase below $100 will be charge $20.
For every purchase above $100 will be charge $15 instead.

How should I change the coding for this cloned flat rates?

Oh I see.

You should use the Zone Rates method, by Price.

Zone 1

10:20,20:20,30:20,40:20,50:20,60:20,70:20,80:20,90:20,100:15,110:15,

See if that sequence works for Zone 1 and try buying different products to see how the module calculates shipping.

If you only have the two charges:
<= 100 is $20.00
> 100 is $15.00

you could then use the definition on the Zone Rate as:
100:20.00,1000:15

Both configurations can work, this one is just a little more to the point ...

I cheated and tested it first for giggles ...

It just looked like way too much duplication in there so thought either you were trying to do something odd here that I was missing ... or perhaps you had not tried to consolidate things a bit ...

Now we are all brillant and you are in charge of Zone Rate shipping module support ...
