Change Categories text for images

Is it possible to have images in place of the default text when displaying the list of categories (e.g. a .gif of the word 'Action Figures' instead of plain text)?

Try the Categories Dressing mod in downloads.
(This is for the sidebox menu, not the header categories-tabs menu.)
