We're working on a system where the shipping is calculated after the order is received by putting all products to "FREE SHIPPING!" but changing the text to "Shipping calculated when the order is received". Works fine. We can then calculated shipping manualy based on the pysical size of the products (we're selling racing ski's).

But...anyone know how we can manually add the shipping cost to the order, so it shows up in Admin? Maybe it could even emails the customer automatically like when you change status to "Pending" etc.

Appreciate any wisdom.........
