Additional Images Popup-some work, some don't

Click on any of the additonal thumbnail images at the bottom and the images pops up just fine.

Click on any of the additonal thumbnail images at the bottom and the image that pops up is only the page background, not the enlarged image of the product.

Have tried removing and re-uploading the additional images to no avail.
Have compared the source of both pages and see no oddities or difference.

Is this a dead spot on the server or something with ZC?

Any help appreciated!

I found out that my problem was caused because I used a # in the file name. My issue is solved.
