Hi scitrenbaum,

I am unsure what could be causing your errors. I don't believe it's the VM module though. Neither of the SQL queries in your reported error message are generated by the VM module code itself. But, we'll see if we can track it down since it does seem to be closely related somehow.

So, just to be sure I'm on the same page here. It happens once the "Confirm the Order" button is clicked? How long does it take to "time out" and come back with the message as described. Is it also always the same message?
