AustPost - improved 1.5.3 is flipping out on line 624

Hi I'm a noob and have installed this module.

When i go to checkout the page layout is odd and at the top theres this:

Seems as though line 624 is not confgured properly or something.. there's no warning of this in the documentation... I'm at a loss to figure it out. Can anyone help??
