I need to modify some text on the pop up shipping estimator page. Where can I do it? The text to be changed is Per Item (best Rate) to Total Shipping

The Shipping Modules each have their own language files ... this will affect the display everywhere that it is used ...
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping
