please! really need some help with this!

Hi there i cannot seem to get past this hurdle and as soon as i have done this my site is ready to go!

Bascially..

I am trying to set up a product with multiple downloads.
However, when i test the payment and click on one of the two download buttons i get a 404 error msg.

My first question...

What url do i specify at the bottom of the product information page if there are multiple products?
I want multiple downloads and it only allows for one url to be specified.


What has been done so far...

I have checked in the downloads manager section that both files are linked correctly.

I have enabled download redirects to false.

Instead of linking both of the file formats to one attribute name, i have set up two individual attributes, both linked to the one product. The reason for this is because i wanted both formats to be checked as default.

Hope that makes sense.

My patience is running slightly low so i would appreciate any sugguestions.

Ive already read that part and as mentioned both of the files are showing as linked therefore i am assuming they attributes are setup correctly.

ok.
I have noticed that one of the download links works but the other goes to 404 page not found still.

ive double checked all file names, attribute setting etc. Everything looks as it should.

Could the problem relate to the SEO urls contribution i installed?

This is a real long shot but in the SEO urls section of admin there is the option:

"Enter pages to allow rewrite"


Followed by a list of pages...

"index, product_info, products_new, products_all, featured_products, specials, contact_us, conditions, privacy, reviews, shippinginfo, faqs_all, site_map, gv_faq, discount_coupon, page, page_2, page_3, page_4"

Is there perhaps a page i have to add to this in order to allow rewrite for multiple products?
