How to add a gallery page

I am wanting to add a customers page, where they can upload images and description of what they have done to their cars. Does anyone know if it is possible for me to add this category so that when a certain number of posts are on the page it goes to 'page number 2' and so on as per product pages but obviously I do not want a shopping cart or buy now options to appear. Any Ideas?

You will want these to be "document-general" product type. This is designed for information only, with no pricing or purchase options.

Brilliant. Thank you. One other question though, In the section where the customer contacts us with his details is it possible to add a box that says browse, so he can go in his files and insert a photo of his car.
